  • By purchasing and downloading music from the Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Payment

  • All payments must be made through the payment methods available on the Site. Paypal and Stripe handle all secure elements of the transaction and BradbySings.com are not in any way able to access this data.
  • Prices for digital downloads are clearly indicated on the product pages and may vary based on content.
  • All sales are final once the download link has been provided.

7. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us at hello@bradbysings.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.

8. BradbySings.com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by your use of the Site, or the digital content downloaded from it.

  • In no event shall BradbySings.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the digital downloads.

9. Privacy Policy

BradbySings.com offer an email sign up service for fans wishing to be informed of new songs, special deals and information about the band.  They NEVER sell emails to third parties and only email fans with relevant new information. Bradby Sings are not marketeers so don’t expect daily emails!!

10. Termination

bradbysongs.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United KIngdom. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
